Clinical Psychology Consultancy Services

Offering writing on wellbeing topics, free therapy resources and consultation for aspiring psychologists, mental health professionals and community organisations.

I am an HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist who has worked across the public, private and voluntary care sectors in different capacities for 15 years, although am currently primarily based within the NHS.

I provide consultation, therapeutic resources and written materials to individuals, groups and organisations who are looking to gain psychological insights, improve dialogue with others as well as the self, and connect with passionate action.

Key therapeutic models that I tend to use in my individual work within the NHS are Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. In addition, I have also received training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (up to Level 3). The specialist areas I have worked in include health psychology, traumatic stress, later life mental health and weight management.

Ways to Work With Me

ORGANISATIONS

Collective action and supporting agencies who are working towards meaningful change within their neighbourhoods and networks is really important to me. My aim is to be a useful resource to organisations and to my profession so that we can intentionally work towards social justice and liberation together.
